This previous week had a heavy workload, which I can only blame myself for when I overestimated on assigning my tasks. The team did come together to figure out the issues that concerned Concept Art and ultimately are holding up the rest of production.

Debrief
I unfortunately was unable to complete a phase per day for a few different assets' Concept Art. The problem was also influenced by not effectively communicating with each other at first about certain directions. I was unaware of each of the Tower Units' specific roles and direction until one of our programmers mentioned that they had been loosely been decided already. So, though I did complete all the tasks I planned to, the team, however, came together to fix the issue at hand with a Unit Specs Sheet. For the coming week, I will definitely give each Concept Art phase more time to account for feedback, for other things in my schedule, and for the chance to come back to it before submitting to the group.
I'm also still a bit worried over the style and how it will come together to show a unified design that will appeal to casual gamers. For this, I will have to discuss more closely with Henderson and Jon when we draft up designs. We also might need to add more concept phases for the Gygans.
The team also met a possible marketing partner. He seemed very experienced and capable. I'm okay with adding him to the team, though we did have concerns about whether or not it is too early to even think about marketing.
