Fighting 

This week everyone was working hard to be on top of their game. We started falling behind during the first week of the sprint and were looking to catch up. Everyone knows we're behind our goals and everyone knows what we need to get there. Now we're fighting towards the execution!

Too much checking in?

We have several meetings throughout the week. We check in so often that sometimes we have no progress to report. In attempts to make our meetings more efficient, I am starting to plan the agendas for each meeting for the entire week, publishing the agendas, and then revising them as needs come up. That way, the team has a clearer idea of the direction we're moving in from week to week, from sprint to sprint, and from milestone to milestone.

Moving along on other fronts

While we push down the production pipeline, we are starting our marketing meetings. Let's see where that takes us this week!
