JIRA is finally up and running with all of the up-to-date programming tasks. I set up a custom workflow to fit our needs and will generate ticket reports at the end of each Sprint or possibly just when we have meetings for big deadlines, such as the Alpha.
I also had the task of making some of the Gygan specific units. So far I've gotten the Kamikaze unit and Tower done, and will be spending the next few days working on the Phantom and Brigade.
Top priority for this week is getting the GUI specs into the SRS, so that's going to be my big focus over the next 2 days.
What I did:
- Set up JIRA
- Configure System (workflows, email notifications, etc) (4 hours)
- Recreated old tickets for Amazon server (1 hour)
- Created new tickets for Alpha Tasks (1 hour)
- Kamikaze
- Unit (1 hour)
- Tower (1 hour)
- SRS Edits
- Began GUI specs (3 hours)
What hurt me:
- I'm good.
What I'm doing:
- Complete GUI specs, start on Functional Requirements
- Brigade and Phantom units and towers
